    communication is great-mortgage companies timing could be much better I hope when I send my client to western ohio,they will not have the hassles I did over and over

    I think distance was a barrier to communication and understanding. I'm not sure how that can be made better and it may not apply to everyone. It was just my experience. I do appreciate everything you did to help us.
