Michael Plante

Mike Plante is a Cincinnati, Ohio resident with 25 years of lending experience who has been serving the Tri-State area as a licensed loan originator since 1997. Mike originates the full spectrum of loans including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Rehabilitation, Construction, and Reverse mortgages. The excitement of his first home purchase led him to a career he loves so he especially enjoys helping first time buyers know their options and helping them navigate their way through the home buying and financing process. “I am extremely fortunate to work with a company that has great leadership plus immense knowledge from the whole team that also has so many options available to their clients. From down payment grant and assistance programs to mortgage tax credits that buyers didn’t even know they qualified for, to be able to offer these options when other companies can’t is a great service to our customers. Finding a way to be able to tell someone they have been approved for a home loan, especially when they have been told “No” form another source, is very gratifying.” Mike holds mortgage licenses in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana to help as many of his customers’ family, friends, and referrals as possible
