Communication
Everything was GREAT!!! Mrs Hernandez and her team answered all my questions and helped me understand what was required and why. For that I am truly thankful
I was able to get all of my questions answered where it was easily understood. I never felt like I couldn’t get a question answered, and I was recently checked up on, and messages left were answered quickly.
There was a lot of open communication which made this process a lot easier for everyone.
