    Thea Hernandez is a Sweetwater native and graduate of Sweetwater High. In December 2012, she graduated from Hardin-Simmons University earning a BBA in Finance. Thea has been with First Financial Bank since 2012, where she started in the Consumer Lending Internship in Abilene and then accepted the position in Sweetwater as the Consumer Lender. Thea is very active in her community, she is a member of the Sweetwater Lions Club, serving as President for 2017. Thea takes pride in helping her customers throughout the mortgage process.
