Great communication, no surprises and kept pushing through despite the backlog in underwriting. Also stayed on top of us to make sure we were not missing any submission deadlines. Overall great experience.

Matt Simmons was very professional and kind. His communication was clear and straightforward, and he got back to us on a timely manner. We highly recommend going through Matt with Americu.

The process was explained by Matt every step of the way. Everything was communicated verbally with a follow up email containing the same information, which was discussed verbally. Matt was there for me every step of the way.
