Felix and his team were very helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. To no fault of their own, closing was delayed by a couple which was my fault but they were still able to make the closing happen.

She was just plan awesome

Service was excellent

Ilene made our transaction really smooth for us. She was extremely helpful in explaining everything to us. Greatly appreciated!

Lora was very professional and she explained everything in detail

Felix was professional, understanding, kind hearted, responsive to all needs , Made an impossible transaction possible 😍

Besides the minor hiccups, overall I am very satisfied. She came in the last minute and made it happen! Awesome.

The communication was great, and the ease of working with Ilene was awesome! The only issue was had was initially we were told the rate would be 2.99 % and it went up to 3.25%,, but to offset that Ilene helped us in other ways. I am appreciative...

Lora, is amazing at answering all your questions truthfully and fast. She made the house buying experience for us nice and easy.

Felix found a way to get it done 💪🏼
