Very friendly and considerate

She helped in every way possible to get me my loan

Everything is good

Service and he answer all our question. Excellent communicator.

How come Jessica can respond to somebody else's voice not me but yet can not even call email or anything to me

Ilene, is wonderful to work with. It is my third time working with Ilene, and she has continuously made the loan process so easy and stress free for me. I look forward to working with her again in the near future.

Everything.....Lora made this a great experience.

Felix very knowledgeable and professional . I am pleased overall AmeriCU Mortgage company. Thank you

Communication each other some times you guys not reply either email or text when I send docs.

Felix is very professional but what makes him stand out the most among many things is his availability. He always answers his phone, responds to text messages and makes time for his client. He is very responsive. Thank you!
