I wish I could rate Ilene 1000 plus points but unfortunately, I can't.My experience with Ilene was unbelievably positive and personal that two years ago I was considering refinancing, and a good friend of mind immediately referred me to her....

I have a great experience with Americu ‘s manager Ilene. She’s been there for me and my husband to help. and whenever we had questions. Thank you very much to help us buying our dream house.

My credit union recommended this company and shame on them. I am unhappy with the experience. There was an extreme lack of communication from start to finish. You could wait days to a week or later for a reply. The whole thing was just a mess....

Jennifer was attentive and friendly. She communicated effectively and made sure that we understood the steps and procedures well. She delivered without over promises and was able to make the interaction enjoyable with a professional attitude....

Jessica was very responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and provided excellent service. I also want to thank Renee for helping provide information and answering any of our questions and concerns we had.

Felix assisted us to succeed with our goals. Very professional and we are extremely pleased with him and his team!

Ilene was very pleasant to work with. She went over the process with us and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you Ilene from the Perez family.
