Troy, MI

Jessica was very informative, answered my questions with patience and made sure I understood. She was efficient, professional and great to work with!

Everything went very smoothly. The only notes I would have is that I would have like to know about needing a water test and insurance binding sooner. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Mary was very friendly and efficient. She was easy to communicate with. She did a great job.

Prompt responses, accurate information, helpful guidance thru the mortgage process. Such a patient person.

Extremely helpful, friendly and patient. If there was anything I didn't understand Ilene told me to keep asking until I did. Thank you for all your help in getting me my first home.

Jessica was very helpful with the process of refinancing our house.

Ilene was there every step of the way. It didn’t matter the day or time, she was available to answer questions. She really worked hard to ensure we got our loan approval and you can tell she cares about her clients.

Ilene made everything go as smooth as possible. I felt like we worked side-by-side to have my loan approved and closed on my new home in the most timely fashion. She kept me informed every step of the way as it should be with no surprises....

He was very helpful and and very knowledgable never kept us waiting. Very pleasant to work with.

Mike just gets it. He is very understanding and kind. He explains everything so good and makes buying a house easy! This is my 3rd house he has helped me with.
