Great follow through and communication

My process was quick and seamless.

He was very helpful and knowledgeable

Lora provided everything I needed in a timely manner. Everything went smooth as can be. Very happy.

Ilene was a true advocate for me thought out the entire process. Thank you!

I had not refinanced in so long and with someone local. Mary answered all my million questions made the whole process feel as it went smoothly as it could have. I was the one worried most of the time. Mary just kept reassuring me everything...

Made everything clear and easy to understand.

He was very easy to talk to and understood exactly what we were looking to do. Very good at communicating what steps were going to be and kept us posted for every step. A pleasure to do business with.

Mary is a professional, knows the process, has command of the details and gets it done.

Mary made the process very easy. She was available at any time to answer any questions we had. She kept us in the loop during the whole process. I was never wondering what was going on. She was a joy to work with.
