Ilene was amazing. She answered all of my questions and held my hand through my entire refinance. She is amazing.

Michael was great to work with. Communication and advise was top notch. Convenience was also key for us.

.

I appreciated the quick email replies, and they have the cheapest interest rate. One thing that was a little frustrating was when my closing cost changed at 5:15pm the night before my closing the following morning. I had already gotten a check...

.

Ilene’s attention to our needs and her follow up to emails / texts / questions.

Ilene was wonderful from start to finish. She was patient in answering my questions, helpful in explaining the process, encouraging as the home hunting/contract negotiation became draining, and very responsive to all requests from the realtors...

Very easy process

Ilene is upbeat, positive informative helpful supportive I loved working with her.

Keep me updated on everything and in a very good timely matter!!!Got rate promised.
