It was great working with Ilene - always helpful and took time to explain stuff when we had questions

Mike was very easy to work with, responsive, and transparent. Mike and his team behind the scenes made this process seem so easy and worked cohesively with all involved to get us closed, even through the Pandemic!

He answered any questions we had and happy to help us anyway we needed during the home buying process

Second time working with Mike and everything went as expected!!

Kept me informed, polite, very explanatory.

Always there to answer questions. Almost zero wait time for answers whether it be via phone or email. Answered my questions thoroughly and made the experience a positive one.

Refinance was great. Was done in a very timely manner and the process was only held up on my end. The process was very convenient and easy.

What made it great was that they let me know what I needed to do in everything I had to do and even when I taught that I wasn't going to get through she still gave me hope thank you all it was worth every minute of the journey thanks again
