Felix and team were there to guide us through the entire process. Also they were very patient even with our lack of updates! Thank you so much for helping us reduce our payoff Felix!

Jeniffer is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Everything was handled quickly. We recommend her highly.

Her communication was awesome was with me every step of the way answered all my questions

I believe Jessica is really great at her job. My frustrations with aspects of the refinance probably were rooted in her not having enough administrative support or leverage to do her job according to her skill level.

Lora was available to answer questions, friendly and honest. She made the whole process easy and had it done in a timely manner.

Very nice, great customer service

Super easy and smooth!

Mike did a great job with returning my phone calls, providing information, and answering all my questions. Mike conducts his business honestly and has a warm friendly personalty which makes the whole process easier to go through with.

Knowing someone was looking out for us and the best option for us and our future

Everything ran very smoothly.
