I chose great because the service was better than just ok as was the other selection. There were some miscommunications, but Aaron did his best to account for them. Overall considering the environment, we are very happy.
I was anxious about the process, but Bill was patient and didn't give up on me! He also found me a great rate!
The office was in constant communication with me regarding the status of my refinance. My loan officer was prompt with returning my emails which I really appreciated. The rate was fantastic as well.
