Brandon and Chelsea made this process so easy. From our offer to close was less than 30 days. The process that Josh and his team have to keep customers updated is amazing. I loved working with the checklist and via text/email.

The amount of repetitive information needed is ridiculous. Plus, the last minute items requested (not relevant to the purchase of the house) that held up the closing was not pleasant.

Let me start by just saying that Josh and his team, Valerie and Brandon, made this such an easy process. I needed a second VA loan due to a PCS. I had already spoken to a couple potential lenders and was told this can be a difficult process....
