Brian was excellent, but Underwriting was not so great, providing lists of items and saying that is all they need - only to provide another list. This happened over and over numerous times and was very frustrating.

Brian was excellent, but Underwriting was not so great, providing lists of items and saying that is all they need - only to provide another list. This happened over and over numerous times and was very frustrating.
