I was informed every step of the way. Very easy to follow directions for what is completed and what still needs to be done. Questions were answered it seemed around the clock.

There was zero communication, you switched my loan type about 4 times because you didn't ask the right questions to find out some basic info about me, I had to chase you down for updates and we closed 3 1/2 weeks late.
