A very generic, Vanilla experience. You need a loan. A loan is provided. A straight forward business transaction with no frills, no contact other than to obtain the required financials and move forward with funding.
Compare to other lenders I used to work before, Newrez is the best, specially Lisa was very helpful. She was quick responding, gathering, collecting all info needed, with my loan, she finished within 2 weeks, and the purchase house closed in...
