Smooth process. Also, they were willing to add and remove a co-borrower, which I'm sure was a bit of a pain.
Pleasure to do business with. On time and always stayed in touch with our realtor and me to keep us updated. She also coordinateed with appraiser to make sure everything was done on time. The loan was ready a week ahead of time.
