The Appraisal and Appraiser were unfair and despite calling their attention to false statements and unrepresentative comparisons, refused to change the Appraisal, adding frustration, stress and lost time in the HECM process.
Karen went above and beyond on our behalf in helping us get all the right documents and relative information to where they need to go when they were needed. Customer service was a real priority for Karen.
