Shirley was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of my loan. I have used her in the past and will def refer my friends and family.

More consistent communication and updates, at times I was unable to reach Mike and wouldn't hear back for a day or more. Also, Mike would call during times when I specified I couldn't answer the phone and would prefer email.

Everyone was pleasant, courageous and responded quickly to any questions. The transaction was a smooth ride.
