Constant communication by Todd and his team- so we were never in the dark. Also, we were able to get a commitment in a speedy fashion.

We felt that Michelle tried but had poor support. When approaching closing, after we understood the loan to have been approved, we received email requests for multiple documents. One person who I spoke with said "when we spoke previously..."...

Best level of customer service I've ever seen, he was great at communicating, and answered all my questions quickly. Cody made this process as smooth as possible. Thank you, will refer to others.
