It has been such a pleasure working with you guys! A new baby and a new house in the same week, and only 15 business days to close your loan has kept you busy and you did it!!!!!!!!!

Great communication and ease of correspondence! There was the issue of the expected cost (closing) that was estimated to be no more than $2000, however was over $4,000 plus the money that came off of the selling price, and the $1,000 earnest...

I apologize for the misunderstanding. When speaking to your husband I asked if that was ok or if he would like the file to be restructured and go back to underwriting and close a day or so later and he decided to close ASAP. Again sorry.
