John was very communicative and made sure he was available outside of normal working hours to ensure we had what we needed and helped us find the perfect home.

John spent a lot of his time on nights and weekends speaking to us, our agent, or the seller agent to ensure everything went smoothly.

Everything was explained in detail. Communication was great.
