Abe was great from the start. He walked me through the application process and during the whole time until closing, he kept open and clear communication with me in regard to my loan through Embrace. His expertise is invaluable and always easy...

Communication was great

Communication about all fees ahead of time, communication of actual monthly payments, not estimated based on false tax rates. Listen to your customers when they say I cannot afford this even if you approved them for a higher amount.
