Jake helped me a lot with the technology aspect of DocuSign/my phone. In the end, we got a pretty good interest-rate. He found time for us whenever we needed it!

Communication was on point. Friendly approach to everything made the grueling process of loan processing much better.

Jake was very helpful when we had technical difficulties. He had other options and ideas. Jake was quick to respond any time of day and on the weekends. Jake was very personable and built a connection to help us through the process.
