Poor communication, inaccurate lsu's , last minute underwriting issue caused a late closing. unacceptable.

Paul was able to answer questions quickly and was very easy to talk to. If he didn't have the info I was after, he would get back to me as soon as he got it. I appreciated the responsivenesss and professionalism.

You could have given me a chance to provide comps. You intentionally chose not to, putting the deal at risk. Would it have hurt you to do that?

I hear you and understand you felt sidelined in this process. My aim is to never jeopardize a deal, but my fiduciary responsibility to the buyer was my main objective. Since the deal closed successfully, I consider it a win for all!
Carrie is a true professional, her communication is always on point, she made the transaction extremely smooth and seamless. I love working with her and look forward to doing it again.
