I am impressed with the availability of Kevin to answer questions, get pre approval letters to me and I love the updates that come telling buyer's loan has been locked, underwriting status and clear to close.

I have worked with many buyers who worked with Kevin Lee of Summit. All transactions closed on time. Kevin has been very responsive and the closing package gets to the Title Company well in advance which is great!
