Things got a little hectic with our loan as we had a 2 week trip in the middle of the process but Bill had it all under control and everything went smoothly.

We felt that Harris always had our best interests in mind. He was very prompt, professional and available at any time to assist us as needed. As first time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better experience.
