Was quick and efficient. We were notified at every step of the mortgage and everything went very smoothly. We were happy to have our mortgage start to finish completed in about a 3 week period.

Very easy to work with! I called to refinance down from a 27 year mortgage to a 20 year and drop my PMI. Not only did I only did Bill save me $150,000 but my mortgage only went up by $80 a month! Company did a great job!!
