    ALL of my questions were answered in a timely manner! Some documents/language were foreign to me but Myr explained everything with detail for me to understand what I was being sent/signing.

    Slow responses and it felt like he never had time for us, the deal is done and we're happy enough with our rates but I wouldn't work with this agent again.
