Jane Floyd has received a review with 5 star rating from Caleb C

The speed of the transaction was faster then I was expecting.

Mike was always available and answered all our questions. We were able to do a fast close and ended up with having to bring less to the table than originally expected.

You were amazing to work with. One of the best communication I have received from anyone in this business lately. So it was greatly appreciated

Extremely easy to work with and very responsive. Was a great experience from start to finish.

Lee was great from start to finish. He promptly answered all my questions and made the whole process very easy. I recommend Lee and his team for your loan needs!

The Riggs team was very responsive and communicative.

We were able to do a fast close and Mike and his team were able to answer all our questions anytime day or night. I highly recommend them. He also gave us a better deal than another well known lender in the area.

The whole buying process is stressful but Dane went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. Literally everytime I called with questions he picked up the phone, ran numbers, and sent breakdowns of different properties until we found...

He was always pleased to help. Helped me with Any question I had with no hesitation, and overall just and amazing guy to talk to.
