My experience was great! Keelin was extremely responsive and kept me updated on every step of the process. We did have some bumps in our process related to appraisal and other details but we were able to get everything figured out and closed....

My only complaint would be the delayed caused by the lenders wanting to sell the loan and not allowing to escrow money for repairs that needed to be done.
