I truly appreciated that Tina, and the NFM team, for staying on top of everything with us. Being a teacher has me in different directions, and this team kept me on track and I never felt I was being a pain by being late.

Everything was great but my only gripe is my loan officer didn’t communicate to me potential bumps in the road until they happened. Also, after I went with him I feel like I never heard from him again, just heard from his people.
