I personally liked receiving emails and having less phone communication. I’m also a big fan of using DocuSign. I wish we could have used it when we did the final paperwork to close on the house.

Tina was great we submitted all the documentos on time but some times the lenders do not communicate with each other and asked for documentos that already submitted but over all was a great experience.

Tony provided knowledgeable advice and remained patient answering all questions throughout the process. He remained in constant contact with me through the process even when there was no change.
