Excellent communication throughout the process.

Being kept in the loop and your availability. We would not have won the bid on our house had I not been able to ca at night and gotten pre-approved for a higher amount than requested.

Craig was very knowledgeable and does his best to get you everything you need. He was even available late at night to answer questions. There were some times when Craig was unavailable to take a call, but he always got back to me. Even when...

Craig is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He and his team provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Craig and Freedmont Mortgage.

Kevin and his team made my first time home buying experience so easy. I was completely clueless going into this process and now that I’m in my new home it went flawless. Thank you so much for making this so easy!

I closed within 30 days, according to the timing I requested.

The online system made the entire application process painless. Kevin and Jaclyn consistently and clearly communicated with me every step of the way.

Robin was great to work with and she was very knowledgeable!

Robbin was fantastic she helped us understand absolutely everything and was such a pleasure to work with, me and my wife can't say enough about this experience and how we were treated.
