Freedmont Mortgage Group - Hunt Valley, MD, Cockeysville

Information was given to us that rates dropped and we could lower payments . Appreciate the team looking out for us .

This is our second time working with Craig and both times the process was seamless. He really takes the time explain things and when we decide to move again one day, Craig will be our first call.

Robin was great to work with on our refinance, just like when we worked with her to purchase our house a few years ago.

We have used Freedmont in the past to refinance and have been very happy with the outcome. The process went smoothly from the beginning to the end result even through the current situation. Thank you!

Communication and they do everything they can to make your dream house come true

They handle all the paperwork for you. Good communication throughout

thanks

From the initial call to the closing of our refinance. John and his team kept us informed throughout the entire process and were very friendly and helpful. Plus we ended up with a phenomenal rate and cut off 10 years from our mortgage.

Christina. Frederico and John Christina always called me back and I felt did above and beyond at times that probably wasn’t part of her job but would transfer files over to pdf and send them to who needed them for me and Frederico did great...

It really felt like Robin had your best interest at heart and wanted to help. She was great a communicating every step and explaining exactly what was happening. Very impressed with how she handled everything.
