Freedmont Mortgage Group - Hunt Valley, MD, Cockeysville

Absolutely amazing and extremely professional!

Frequent quality communications from Kevin and the other associates made the process incredibly easy and made us as the homeowners incredibly confident in the decision to refinance.

Jacob kept in constant contact with my client and myself throughout the entire transaction. We closed on time and the entire process was stress-free and efficient. I highly recommend him for all of your financing needs.

During a period where there is an unprecedented amount of real estate transactions, Craig and his team made the process quick and painless.

Craig is always available. He replies promptly and is always willing to help. He has a great demeanor and constantly was able to get us the best possible value during our refinance.

Kevin was extremely informative. He and his team made it a point to ensure we were informed during the whole process. He helped to ensure a potential nerve racking process was easy and simple.

I would highly recommend Jacob and his team! It was a smooth process from the beginning. Jacob or an associate get back to you very promptly and answers every question. If you don't understand something he will explain it to you until you do....

Thank you Kevin!

This is our second time working with Jacob. He is incredibly responsive, even during non work hours and very helpful. It's been a pleasure working with Jacob for our mortgage needs.

Always available and extremely courteous, Bryan even provided me with tech support when I was having problems! When you add to that the great interest rate and expert support staff, it is hard to imagine a better choice than Jacob and Academy....
