Kevin was friendly and persistent.

It was a very easy process. Everyone was very responsive to all questions. Jay Delmont was great in the beginning of the process of clearly explaining our different options.

Simple process, knowledgable people, and all around great customer service.

Everything was explained to me in great detail and I felt that I could call at any time if there were questions.

Jacob Bryan is a joy to work with. He has the patience of a saint, necessary to working with me. I'm not very proficient with computers which is a problem, handled easily by Jacob.
