Freedmont Mortgage Group - Hunt Valley, MD, Cockeysville

Guided step by step through the home buying process from top to bottom

every one did their job as I was told they would. THE ONLY THING I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IS THE FEE CHARGED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE WIRE TRANSFER, I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THAT AT SETTLEMENT, I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR GETTING MY REFUND.

When I called Kevin if he didn’t answer. He would call you back in reasonable time to answer any questions.

The communication was the key. I like to be updated regularly and upon any sort of event related to the transaction and that's exactly what I got. At no point was I sitting in the dark waiting for the next thing to happen, totally transparent...

Great! Very happy! Thank you!

You made it a very easy process, communication was great - we knew where we were every step of the way, very knowledgeable

John and his team were very helpful throughout the home buying process. I would highly recommend the Freedmont team to anyone looking to purchase a home.
