The process was painless, I didn't feel like I was providing mass information that wasn't relevent to the loan and once the initial requested info was provided, there was very little required of me afterwards.
Crystal was very professional in handling our loan application. She gave us timely notification on the documents needed to process our loan and guided us through the loan application process. We are very glad for her assistance.
