Other than being asked for too much information, the service was good. In particular, I appreciated the comparison of a conventional mortgage vs a VA loan.
Communication until Mike got involved was poor, lacking, and incomplete at times. Once Mike got involved, he took the time to educate me on exactly the steps needed to get to closing without making me feel defensive.
