Communication among parties involved in this transaction was exceptional. The McBride's bragged on Milton and Presiential Morrgage at the closing table. Milton and his company go above and beyond to provide a smooth home buying experience.

We did not end up with the loan we wanted. The reasons were clear. Due to our circumstances we had no other choice.
