Better communication amongst all team members .

Karen was wonderful to work with. She guided my client smoothly through the home buying process and was extremely good at communicating. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Karen was very communicative and organized, she stayed on top of everything making it possible for us to close on the origional closing date despite needing the loan to go through SC housing which can sometimes delay the process.

Jason Downey is a Great person. He helped me with my first time buying a house. He explained everything very well.

Working with Joel was easy, transparent, and comfortable. He walked us through each step and made sure we understood the process from start to end. His team was also a big support system in the loan process and we spoke to the very end.
