After Donna left Aaron is the only person that would answer his phone to give me updates. The processing department of Thrive is horrible. I finally had to get Tay Toliver involved to get this loan closed.

I think first time home buyer packet or checklist of documents that we would need to prepare would have helped a lot. Some FAQ's with answers.
