It was a lot of changing numbers around and inconstant but overall dawn was great. I’m pretty ignorant on buying a new house so I appreciate her fielding my dumb questions

Yes, the number are changing throughout the loan process, this is normal due to credit and charges changing, the attorney fees are estimated until the end, so this is very normal. And when we changed loan programs, the rate and the rate fees...

I explained my needs and he provided answers and solutions quickly. Made feel like I was a family member.
