Joel answered and clarified all questions I was asked. He was very responsive and available at all times.

Joel was wonderful to keep me in the loop and respond to my questions and calls very promptly. i I enjoyed working with him.

I can't say enough how thankfully I am to Jackie and her team. From application to finish the process was effortless with them in charge. They were quick with responses, they would call to keep me updated on all changes, every step of the way....
