Joel and his team were very responsive, and immediately provided the information I requested in the format I asked. They guided me throughout the process and were able to secure a great rate for me.

Excellent communication . Doing what you say and getting things done in a timely fashion . Working out problems and issues as they come up. Great job!

Gianni and his team were great from start to (almost) finish! We close on 3/31. The process has been stressful at times, but they have all been amazingly supportive. Everyone communicates timely and thoroughly.

We are a 501c3 that rescues service horses like police, prison, border patrol, and search and rescue retired horses. We found property that would fit out growing needs and we closed in 15 days! The Gianni Cerretani Team was AMAZING!
