Trish must have answered 100 phone calls from me. We had multiple contracts together as the first one fell through. She was always attentive and patient! Would happily recommend her to anyone.

Mr. Opal made the home buying process pretty stream lined and easy. He was able to retain an additional $2,500 grant for me last minute before closing settlement which was an awesome surprise! I HIGHLY recommend Presidential Mortgage to anyone...
