Very easy from beginning to end. Continued to keep me updated on process

I encountered difficulties due to my ex-husband’s cooperative and issues relating to a debt he owed. Everyone was very patient and explained the process to me in detail.

Susan was very helpful in all aspects of obtaining our loan and answering any questions. She took the time to walk us through the process and made it enjoyable working with her.
